A 60,000-square-foot facility houses the entire production process from start to finish. Motorcraft is the only expedition truck builder in the UK managing every phase of construction completely under one roof. Over 40 skilled specialists and an experienced management team build everything on-site, down to the fabrication of custom doors and windows tailored specifically for overland use.
Keeping all manufacturing processes in-house gives the company complete control over build quality and engineering integrity. The specialized components Motorcraft designed for its own vehicles eventually set a benchmark across the industry, leading to the launch of Motorcraft Overland Accessories in 2012.
